Liberia, Sept. 25 -- SUAKOKO DISTRICT -Grand Gedeh County's District Three lawmaker, Representative Jacob Debee, is currently hospitalized after being involved in a road accident along a stretch of highway in Gbondoi Town, located in Yellequelleh District, Bong County.

Following the incident, the legislator was transported to Phebe Hospital in Suakoko District for medical attention, where he remains under care.

Witnesses at the scene say Rep. Debee was en route to the southeastern region of the country at the time of the crash. He was driving a white Toyota Land Cruiser, registration number A-613397, when the vehicle is said to have run off the roadway. Early indications suggest no other vehicle was involved.
