Monrovia, Sept. 25 -- The Press Union of Liberia (PUL) is pleased to announce that the celebrations of its 62ndAnniversary will be held in Monrovia on Wednesday, 30 September 2026.

This year's anniversary is being observed under the theme: "62 Years On: Empowering Independent Media for Democracy, Accountability, and Sustainable Development."

The occasion represents a significant milestone in the Union's enduring struggle to champion journalists' rights, promote freedom of speech and expression, and advocate for accountable democratic governance in Liberia.
