Monrovia, Aug. 19 -- President Joseph Nyuma Boakai on Monday broke ground for the redevelopment of Providence Island, launching one of his administration's flagship tourism and heritage projects amid questions over the protection of the site's archaeological and cultural heritage and the transparency of the procurement process.
