Liberia, April 2 -- As part of his first historic Apostolic Visit to Liberia, His Holiness Samuel Theophilus, Metropolitan of the Believers Eastern Church, paid a courtesy visit to President Joseph Nyuma Boakai at his Rehab residence in Paynesville.
