Liberia: Nimba Businessman Gives More Than $12,000 To Universities Students, Urges Productivity
Liberia, July 9 -- A Saclepea businessman, Oldpa Koah, has provided more than $12,000 USD in financial support to universities students from District 7 and invested in local infrastructure and community projects across the district.
Koah's donations include direct cash payments, full tuition coverage for several students, and building materials such as cement and zinc bundles for churches, schools, and private homes.
At AME Zion Extension in Ganta, Koah paid full tuition for two students and gave $50 each to 11 others; local officials estimate the total support related to Zion exceeded $1,200. He also assisted more than 25 students at United Methodist University (UMU) and plans to extend full-fee support to about 80 students at Nimba ...
