Liberia, Feb. 25 -- Eighteen graduates of the Divine Intervention Supports and Services Entrepreneurship Training Program in Gbarnga have honored Liberia Institute for Public Administration Director General Nee-Alah T. Varpilah for fully sponsoring their second phase of training and empowering them to successfully complete the program.

The graduates, who recently concluded the advanced stage of the entrepreneurship course, described Varpilah's intervention as timely and life changing.
