Liberia, May 21 -- Monrovia-Supreme Court Justice in Chambers, Yussif D. Kaba, has ruled against Yekeh Kolubah, former Montserrado County District Number 10 Representative, following his latest legal battle with the House of Representatives.

Justice Kaba on Wednesday, May 20, held that the House of Representatives did not act in violation of the law in the controversial proceedings that led to Kolubah's expulsion from the Lower House.
