MONROVIA, Aug. 11 -- Monique Simpson Foray, the new Principal of the Haywood Mission Institute, located on the Old Road in Sinkor, Monrovia, said that when she took over the institute, she implemented a school management system to help track attendance, grades and finances, giving them a clear picture of their school's status.

Commenting on rolling out the school management system, Principal Foray stated that she spent most of her time really observing and learning from the staff, her parents and trying to understood the community.
