Monrovia, Feb. 27 -- Former Montserrado County District #7 Representative, Solomon C. George, has died at the age of 70.

Family sources confirmed that the former lawmaker passed away on Friday, February 27, reportedly from a heart attack. His sudden death has sent shockwaves through the political community and among residents of District #7.

George served two terms in the House of Representatives on the ticket of the Congress for Democratic Change (CDC). During his time in office, he became widely known for his outspoken nature and strong grassroots presence.
