MONROVIA, Sept. 4 -- Former Vice President Jewel Howard-Taylor is set to receive medical attention outside detention under strict conditions imposed by Criminal Court "C" Judge Ousman F. Feika amid ongoing concerns about her health.

The court's decision comes after Howard-Taylor's lawyers raised medical concerns and sought her release from detention to allow her to receive treatment.
