Liberia: EPA Ends Years of Renting with US$800,000 Headquarters Purchase, Strengthens Government Asset Base
Liberia, July 13 -- The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has announced the successful acquisition of its permanent headquarters and laboratory complex in Mamba Point.
The newly acquired property, located along Sekou Toure Avenue, includes the Agency's administrative headquarters, a modern environmental laboratory, warehouse facilities, a generator house, a secured compound, parking spaces, renewable energy infrastructure, and other supporting amenities. The total acquisition cost amounted to US$800,000, including all taxes and administrative expenses.
