Liberia, Feb. 25 -- Residents of VI Community in Gbarnga are celebrating a major milestone following the installation of thirty solar street lights by Deputy Minister for Administration at the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning, Bill McGill Jones.

The initiative which was carried out in the neighborhood where he was raised and currently resides has brought renewed hope improved visibility and heightened security to the growing community.
