Liberia: Criminal Court 'C' Approves US$435,560 Bond for Nora Finda Bondo as Assets Recovery Task Force Questions Failure to Execute Airport Arrest Writ
Liberia, June 11 -- Criminal Court "C" at the Temple of Justice has approved a US$435,560 property valuation bond for former government official Nora Finda Bondo, who is facing multiple criminal charges, including money laundering, theft of property, misuse of public money, property and records, criminal conspiracy, forgery, and criminal facilitation.
The bond, approved by Presiding Judge Ousman F. Feika during the May Term of Court, allows Madam Bondo to remain out of detention while legal proceedings continue.
Court documents reviewed by FrontPageAfrica revealed that the bond is backed by developed properties in Gardnersville and Oldest Congo Town owned by three sureties, Fayia Fallambu, Tina Kumba Fallambu, and Abraham Wade Simpson....
