Monrovia, March 13 -- The Civil Service Agency has launched a nationwide personnel and credential verification exercise for employees of the Ministry of Local Government as part of the government's efforts to strengthen transparency and accountability in the public sector.
The verification process, which began on March 9, is being conducted in collaboration with the Ministry of Local Government and with technical and logistical support from the United Nations Development Programme. The initiative forms part of the Government of Liberia's broader public sector reform agenda aimed at improving personnel management and ensuring the integrity of the government payroll system.
