Liberia, Sept. 23 -- Monrovia-The release of political commentator Jerry Nyantee Wrato from police custody has opened a new and potentially consequential legal battle over Liberia's recently enacted Cybercrime Law, with the Congress for Democratic Change(CDC) announcing plans to ask the Supreme Court to determine whether portions of the law are consistent with the Constitution.
