Brewerville, Aug. 28 -- Amid growing concerns over tensions along Liberia's northern border, major drug seizures and heightened political divisions, Liberians have been urged to set aside pride, seek peace and work collectively to protect the country's security and stability.

The call was made by Bishop Kortu K. Brown during a one day "Prayer for Thanksgiving and Restoration for the Family" held Wednesday, August 26, 2026, to climax the 28th Church Anniversary of the New Water in the Desert Assembly Apostolic Pentecostal Church International in Brewerville.

During the prayer service, a prophetic message delivered to the congregation warned repeatedly that "Liberia is on a time bomb."
