Liberia, Oct. 8 -- TOSOR, Grand Cape Mount County - When the money reached some women in Grand Cape Mount County, it did more than put cash in their hands. It opened doors to small businesses, helped pay school fees, provided food for families and gave women greater control over their economic lives.
