Liberia, Oct. 8 -- GTMS Liberia Inc. has disowned Presley S. Tenwah and Elvis D. Johnson, who it says have been posing as its General Manager and Public Relations Executive. The company says the two were appointed by a self-styled "Director," Sahr H. W. Ngegba, who has no position in its corporate structure. It insists it has no ties to GTMS-UK, a firm it says is in liquidation and under investigation in Britain, and has warned the public not to deal with the two men. It has also instructed its lawyers to pursue civil and criminal action.
