Liberia, Aug. 20 -- Former Vice President Jewel Howard Taylor remains at the Liberia National Police's withholding cell as of Thursday, August 20, amid reports that she may not be transferred to the Monrovia City Court today.

The development follows reports that the former Vice President is experiencing very high blood pressure, reportedly as the joint security prepared to transfer her to court for further proceedings.
