Liberia, July 15 -- As Liberia grapples with the fallout from the ongoing investigation into the seizure of cocaine valued at more than US$19 million, FrontPage Africa has obtained a confidential intelligence report submitted to President Joseph Nyuma Boakai in 2025 warning that the country was on a dangerous path toward becoming a "narco-state."
