India, Sept. 1 -- Malayalam actor Tovino Thomas has alerted fans about an alleged impersonator using his identity to send emails, urging people not to respond to messages, share personal information or make payments based on requests received from the unauthorised account.

Tovino shared the warning through his Instagram Stories, describing it as an "impersonation alert". He said someone was falsely using his identity to contact multiple people through an email address that had no association with him.
The actor clarified that he had not authorised anyone to communicate on his behalf using the account and asked recipients to remain cautious about any messages claiming to come from him.
