India, Feb. 27 -- Amid a massive political and legal uproar, The Kerala Story 2: Goes Beyond faced an interim stay from the Kerala High Court ahead of its 27 February 2026 release. On Friday, February 27, the Kerala High Court division bench set aside the single judge's 15-day interim stay on the film, clearing the way for the film to release as scheduled today.
