India, Oct. 16 -- Saif Ali Khan has leased two commercial units in Mumbai’s Andheri to Durva Fintech Private Limited under a leave and licence agreement registered on Sept. 29, 2026, according to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix.
The documents identify Durva Fintech Private Limited, represented by director Vikaas Mohan Sachdeva, as the licensee, while Khan is the licensor acting through his constituted attorney.

According to the property registration documents, the leased premises comprise two commercial units spanning 5,692 sq ft of RERA carpet area on Andheri Kurla Road.
