India, Aug. 27 -- Filmmaker Rakesh Roshan and his wife Pramila Roshan have leased out their apartment in Mumbai's Juhu-Vile Parle Development Scheme for three years, with the deal expected to generate about Rs1.89 crore in total rental income. The agreement was registered on August 24, while the licence period began on August 15.

Three-year lease agreement

The apartment is located on the second floor of Hiralaya Building on N.S. Road in the JVPD area and has been leased to Asavari Rajopadhye. According to property registration documents accessed by real estate data firm CRE Matrix, the starting monthly rent has been fixed at Rs5 lakh.
