India, July 22 -- Ohio prosecutors have formally requested the state's highest court to dismiss Mackenzie Shirilla's latest motion for reconsideration, asserting that her legal team is merely repeating arguments already dismissed by the judiciary.
Prosecution Rejects Redundant Claims
The Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office filed legal documents arguing that Shirilla failed to present even one new material issue for the court to review.
