India, Feb. 23 -- We have completed almost two months in 2026, but Malayalam cinema is yet to see any major release except for Chatha Pacha. But come summer, all that will change as a bunch of major movies and star-led films are lined up for release. One among them, Kattalan, starring Antony Varghese Pepe, has wrapped up shoot after 140 days. The film is on schedule for its May 2026 release, but did not confirm if it was releasing on May 14 as was announced earlier. Another Malayalam film, Mollywood Times, starring young actor Naslen, is releasing on May 14, 2026.
