India, July 30 -- NBC's long running firefighter drama Chicago Fire is preparing for a major cast transition, with Joe Minoso set to step away from the series after portraying firefighter Joe Cruz since its 2012 debut.
Original Cast Member Bids Farewell
Joe Minoso, one of the show's longest serving actors, will no longer be a series regular in Season 15. Although he is leaving the main cast, the actor is expected to appear in several early episodes of the upcoming season to conclude Joe Cruz's storyline.
