India, March 8 -- Aamir Khan and Sunny Deol's film Lahore 1947, scheduled for Independence week release, is reportedly renamed as Batwara 1947. The movie, based on a play, has the backdrop of India's partition in 1947. In fact, the play itself has the word Lahore in it, prompting the makers to refer to the movie as Lahore 1947.
