India, Aug. 21 -- Hayden Panettiere's final hours are coming under closer scrutiny after police records revealed that her boyfriend Brian Hickerson and his brother, Zach Hickerson, were at the South Carolina apartment when the actor was found unresponsive on August 16.
Brian Hickerson Responds
Hickerson, 37, has now addressed Panettiere's death through his attorney, Sloan Ellis. In a statement released to TMZ on August 20, Ellis said the investigation remained ongoing and urged people to allow authorities to complete their work.
