India, March 18 -- Mohit Suri is one of the most talented directors in the film industry. After the blockbuster success of Saiyaara, several reports claimed that Suri would collaborate with Ranbir Kapoor. But now the director has dismissed these rumours in a statement to Variety India.

Dismissing the earlier reports, Mohit Suri told the portal, "Ranbir Kapoor is not in my next film. I genuinely want to work with him and I hope he feels the same way about me. I went to meet him to discuss and intend to work together. Meanwhile, it's been in news that we are already doing a film together."
