India, Sept. 8 -- Elizabeth Holmes, once celebrated as a Silicon Valley prodigy, is back in the spotlight as the new documentary You Can See Everything revisits the final days before she began serving her prison sentence for defrauding investors in her failed blood-testing company Theranos.
Theranos' promise and rapid rise
Holmes founded Theranos after leaving Stanford and claimed the company's technology could perform hundreds of medical tests using only a few drops of blood. The pitch attracted prominent investors and pushed Theranos' valuation to around $9 billion by 2014.
