India, Nov. 3 -- The Delhi High Court, through Justice Amit Mahajan, has issued notices to the Central Board of Film Certification and the Centre on a petition filed by four Delhi-based doctors against the teaser of Sunny Deol’s upcoming film Suryaa: Ant Se Aarambh Tak, and sought responses from the authorities and the film’s producers; the matter is listed for further hearing on November 16.
