India, June 18 -- Actor Roy Hernandez has shared details regarding the death of his partner, Daveigh Chase, who passed away at 35 following a battle with septic complications.

Hernandez confirmed to TMZ that Chase died on Tuesday after contracting meningitis and a severe blood infection.
