India, March 15 -- The third installment of the popular Aadu franchise is all set to hit theatres on March 19, 2026. The upcoming Malayalam film, directed by Midhun Manuel Thomas, is Aadu 3 Part 1 with Part 2 scheduled to happen depending on viewers' response. However, Midhun has now confirmed that he will end the franchise with Aadu 3 Part 2, the epic conclusion, even while leaving room for possible spinoffs by others.

The Aadu franchise, starring actor Jayasurya, began with the first movie in 2015. In a recent interview with Club FM, director Midhun Manuel Thomas spoke about expanding to Part 2 and how that would end the franchise.
