Two investigation committees have been formed to determine the causes of the national power grid disruption. One has been constituted by the Power Division and the other by Power Grid Bangladesh (PGCB).
The Power Division has formed an investigation committee, headed by Additional Secretary K M Ali Reza, to identify the causes of the grid disruption and make recommendations. The committee has been given two weeks to submit its report.
The committee will conduct a detailed review and recommend measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.
