One LNG Terminal Shut Down Due to Technical Fault: Severe Gas Shortage Across the Country
Dhaka, July 23 -- A technical fault at one of the floating LNG terminals off Maheshkhali has reduced gas supply to the national grid by nearly half, worsening the country's ongoing gas crisis. Residential, commercial, and industrial consumers across Dhaka and other parts of the country are experiencing severe gas shortages. Many CNG filling stations in the capital have remained closed for extended periods due to low gas pressure.
