Dhaka, Sept. 24 -- Gas supply from imported LNG cargoes to the floating terminals has been disrupted due to adverse weather conditions. As a result, overall gas supply has fallen by around 400 million cubic feet (MMcf) from the normal level. While approximately 2.6 billion cubic feet (Bcf) of gas was supplied on Wednesday, the supply stood at around 2.3 billion cubic feet on Thursday.

Petrobangla said that at 10:00 pm, total gas supply stood at 2.212 billion cubic feet. Of this, 1.619 billion cubic feet came from domestic gas sources, while 593 million cubic feet was supplied as imported LNG.
