Usa, March 21 -- The Fairfax County Police Department has released body camera footage of a fatal domestic incident involving a Nepali family in Mantua, Virginia, nearly 24 days after the incident.

The footage, made public through US media on March 19, documents the tragedy following the attack that occurred at around 5:15 am on February 24 in Fairfax County.

Police said 54-year-old Chhatra Bahadur Thapa, originally from Belaka Municipality in Udayapur district, allegedly attacked his 51-year-old wife, Binda Thapa, and 31-year-old daughter, Mamata Thapa, with a sharp weapon. Both women died at the scene.
