Kathmandu, Feb. 15 -- Fog is likely to persist in some places of the Tarai until midday on Sunday, according to the Meteorological Forecasting Division.

The Division said there is a partial influence of westerly wind across Nepal.

The high hilly and mountainous areas of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki and Karnali provinces will remain generally cloudy during the day. Hilly and mountainous areas of the remaining provinces will see partly cloudy conditions, while the Tarai will have mainly fair weather.
