Thapa presents political dossier at Congress' general convention
Kathmandu, Oct. 5 -- Nepali Congress President Gagan Kumar Thapa presented a political report at the party's 15th General Convention on Monday, outlining its political, ideological, organisational and economic priorities for the next four years.
The report, presented at the convention's closed session at Khula Manch in Kathmandu, calls for a broad restructuring of the party while acknowledging failures that have weakened its standing with voters, particularly younger generations.
