Kathmandu, June 10 -- Nepal crashed out of the ACC Women's Premier Cup at the quarter-final stage after suffering a 56-run defeat to Thailand in Kuala Lumpur on Wednesday.

After winning the toss at Bayuemas Oval, Thailand posted 130 for 4 in their allotted 20 overs before restricting Nepal to 74 for 7 in reply.

The defeat extended Nepal's winless streak against Thailand, whom they have not beaten since 2011, and marked the latest setback in a difficult period for the national women's team.
