Kathmandu, Sept. 14 -- one leaders aligned with former Nepali Congress president Sher Bahadur Deuba are set to join the central working committee led by party president Gagan Thapa, after the party agreed to accommodate members of the previous committee as part of efforts to resolve an internal dispute over its upcoming general convention.

A meeting of the Central Working Executive Committee of the Congress on Sunday decided to make all members of the central working committee elected under Deuba's leadership members of the current committee, provided they participate in the party's convention process beginning on September 19.
