Kathmadnu, March 11 -- Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) chairperson Rabi Lamichhane has reported expenses of approximately Rs 1 million for the March 5 House of Representatives polls.

Lamichhane submitted the polls expenditure details to the Election Commission (EC) on Tuesday.

Of the expenses standing at Rs 989,987 in total, Rs 10,000 was spent on the nomination registration, Rs 68,161 on printing sample ballot papers, and Rs 295,000 on transportation and fuel during the campaign.

Similarly, Rs 14,200 was spent on snacks during electoral training programmes while Rs 167,000 was used for publicity.
