Law makes several changes in T20 squad for Asian Games' qualifier
Kathmandu, May 24 -- The Cricket Association of Nepal, on Sunday, announced a 14-member squad travelling to Singapore with head coach Stuart Law for the qualifiers of the 2026 Asian Games taking place in September-October in Japan.
And the squad list suggests that Law has distinguished players based on their skills in the two formats-ODI and T20I.
Compared to the 15 players in the squad for the recently concluded ICC CWC League-2 series comprising the USA and Scotland, the team for the tournament in Singapore has five key changes.
Three hard hitters-Kushal Malla, Sundeep Jora and Lokesh Bam-and two spinners-Shahab Alam and Sher Malla-have been included in the T20 squad, which is captained by Dipendra Singh Airee.
