Lamichhane urges RSP lawmakers to uphold parliamentary decorum
Kathmandu, Aug. 19 -- Rastriya Swatantra Party chair Rabi Lamichhane has urged the party's lawmakers to maintain parliamentary decorum and conduct themselves with restraint in the House.
Lamichhane made the remarks at the RSP parliamentary party meeting on Wednesday.
He also advised lawmakers not to criticise opposition parties, saying they were simply carrying out their role as the opposition.
"Don't criticise the opposition parties. They are doing their job as the opposition," Lamichhane said.
Lamichhane said Prime Minister Balendra Shah would attend the next parliamentary party meeting. Shah is also the RSP's parliamentary party leader.
