Kathmandu, Sept. 10 -- Kathmandu Gorkhas and Shikhar Insurance have extended their partnership for the third consecutive season of the Nepal Premier League.

Issuing a press statement on Thursday, the Gorkhas informed that Shikhar Insurance will be their 'golden partner'. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

Anubhav Sirohiya, the Gorkhas' executive director, and Dip Prakash Pandey, Shikhar Insurance's chief executive officer, inked the deal. Gorkhas' cricket director Sharad Vesawkar and Shikhar Insurance's deputy general manager Suraj Rajbahak were also present at the formal function.

As the golden partner, Kathmandu Gorkhas will display Shikhar Insurance's logo on the back of their jersey.
