Kathmandu, July 18 -- Ruling Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) chair Rabi Lamichhane has said the government will revise or reverse its decisions if they are found to harm the public rather than benefit them.

Addressing a programme at the party's parliamentary office in Singha Durbar on Saturday, where leaders from various political parties in Rautahat joined the RSP, Lamichhane said the government's intentions were genuine but acknowledged that some decisions might need to be corrected based on their impact.

"There should be no doubt about the government's intentions. Decisions can sometimes prove flawed, and they can be corrected. But if the intention itself is wrong, that is far more difficult to change," Lamichhane said.
