Government decides to implement all commission reports on loan sharking
Kathmandu, July 14 -- As loan shark victims began marching towards Kathmandu in protest, the government has decided to immediately implement the reports of all previously formed commissions on loan sharking through the Ministry of Home Affairs.
The decision was made during a Cabinet meeting on Tuesday. The Cabinet convened shortly after Home Minister Sudan Gurung travelled to Nijgadh of Bara district to initiate talks with the agitating victims.
According to Minister for Education and Sports Sasmit Pokharel, the meeting-chaired by Prime Minister Shah-made five major decisions.
