Kathmandu/surkhet, April 1 -- District Government Attorney's Office in Surkhet has filed a charge sheet against four suspects for their alleged involvement in gangrape and subsequent murder of Inisha BK. However, formal indictment reveals a startling rift between the investigative findings of the police and the prosecutors.
