Kathmandu, March 30 -- Presenting the current overview of abstract art practices in Nepal, 'Forms of Abstraction', happening at Taragaon Next from April 2 to May 5, brings together twenty-six artists and 49 artworks.

Each work reflects sustained engagement with abstraction across decades.

The exhibit presents abstraction not as a departure, but as a continuum, an evolving language shaped through time, practice, and context. Through colour, rhythm, texture, and material, artists construct visual fields that evoke movement, meditation, and layered meanings.

The participating artists are Bidhata KC, Navindra Man Rajbhandari, Bijaya Maharjan, NB Gurung, Binod Pradhan, Nem Bahadur Tamang, Chandra Shrestha, Pramila Bajracharya, Govinda Dango...
